An aircraft maintenance technician at heart, Andy thrives on driving innovations that solve
systemic industry problems by creating connections amongst people who know how to get big
things done. His many technical and operational roles across a broad range of cargo and
passenger airlines during a rewarding thirty year career have afforded him powerful insights,
relationships and capabilities that have collectively contributed to the aggressive growth of the
AireXpert Global Operations Control Network.
As part of his CEO role with Buffalo, New York based AireXpert, he also focuses on creating
pathways into aviation for young people, particularly from underrepresented communities and
demographics. A father to three sons, he enjoys living in the tightly knit community of Buffalo and
views collaboration as key to empowering both people and communities to manage global
threats and risks
